Simply contact our customer service email ralboutiquebyainette@gmail.com with your concerns and our team will respond within 1-5 business days with further instructions. Please note that returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery date, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, any repairs requested after evaluation by our team will only be accepted once and the piece will then be considered final sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but approved returns will receive a store credit.
